Five things you might want to know before starting up a napkin paper business.
1. Factory
To start with, you will need the basic factory and warehouse to produce and store the napkin paper. It doesn’t need much space to produce napkin paper. Basically, 100 m^2 for the machine, the raw material and the final products would be fairly enough. Pls ensure the machine is placed on the even ground and prevent the warehouse from moisture and fire.

3.Raw material
There are plenty of raw material for the napkin paper such as spray pulp paper,sugar cane pulp, bamboo pulp paper,deinked paper, wood pulp paper, etc. The price of the paper varies to the material and therefore the quality of the final products is different.
The choice of napkin paper shall be carried with thorough investigation into targeted market and the consuming level.
4.Staff
The napkin paper machine is a full automatic one that need only 1-2 persons to operate. There will be extra labors required for the packing for the napkin paper with end sealing machine or semi-auto packing machine. When the business has grown into certain scale, you could upgrade with the automatic filling and packing machine for quicker and larger production.
5. How to make napkin paper?
Napkin paper can be made from napkin paper machine. Jumbo paper roll loaded on the napkin paper machine will be embossed, color printed and folded into the final products. Automatic napkin paper machine can achieve full automatic production. The color printing patterns and the embossing patterns can be customized to the requirements. It has been recognized a good method to put on logo or telephone numbers as a way to do ads.
